honestly this advice helped me tons when i started out 4 years ago, just simply focus on trying your personal best and making as little mistakes as possible. Focus on bettering yourself more than focusing on winning games. Simply put you wont be able to win every game, people will feed be toxic etc, mute and do the best you can. Also refrain from obnoxiously pointing out things others do wrong as it brings down your teammates

I guess taking advice on raging from me, would be the same as taking advice on league from you

As a person who used to rage in over 50% of my games and have been suspended multiple times.
Here are some tips that help keep my rage to a minimum.


Be supportive in Pre game even if you don't get your preferred role. If you rage here, you lose the game game before it even starts.

If anyone else rages In Game, don't type back, simply mute them right away.


Finally listen to some chill music. All of these things have greatly reduced the amount of cancer i give to the league community.
