Nobody is using wands on euro really.

Only weird builds do, and even then you need 20fc 5xmana 1xene 3xres 3xres imo. Or even repl.

either 2x res and mana (3x prefix)
or 3x res and Ene (Ene = suffix)

Only Americans use wands though. Euro got sharp
