There are literally 2 people standing in W117 (The 80-100 bracket) and looking to run floors 30+ in large... How do you find groups before level 100 that do 40+?

Just go to W77, most groups will take you unless they are specifically saying 100+ or 110+.

Solo is probably more effective then random 5 man shitter groups. You don't have to pull your hair carrying people who are slow as hell and still get the same xp rate.
