Joe may have hit a slow spot the other day but he's leveled 5 characters for me (4 from 60-70) in the last week and the longest took 45 minutes because my connection is terrible.
He's always been professional in the groups I've been in, and the one time he hit trouble with an elite pack in KD2 he passed out a legendary and two high end rares he picked up during the run as compensation for lost time.
I'll be finishing my DH out through Joe today and wanted to balance out his one negative feedback with my own experience.
