Anything rated 5 up is a trophy as far as I'm concerned. However to get 10/10 from me, every stat must be perfect. 9/10 is 2 perfect stats.

For all intents and purposes it's a 10/10

Technically about 13% off from perfect roll based on all rolls tallied together, if every roll were weighted equally per point. But based on the fact that you got the specific stats to even proc on that, and that all the important rolls are bang on, and the secondary stat is arcane resist which is probably the best, it's a 10/10 imo. Get technical? 9.9/10. Why did I go to that length to bang out some numbers? Coz some people are giving weird ratings.

Considering how high most wiz goes with all res extra 140 wont probably mean even 5% reduction from single and not that common source on well geared char. Not to mention that arcane is easiest to avaid anyway so its hardly even best resist, Id say lightning being most valuable nowadays (lightning overall much more common, and thunder storm imba and unavoidable).

Personally if I were to go with best secondary rolls...
40% cc reduction
30k extra HP from globes
lightning/phys res
