I took 0.5 off because its 478/500 and 159/160. If it was 500/500 and 159/160 i woud have give it 9.9/10

It's just stupid. Ring's a 10/10, the end. Nobody gives a shit about your terrible spawn ratings. Doesn't even make sense in that scenario you just outlined... you're taking off 0.1 for 1 secondary resist off perfect. What if it was 140/160 on that secondary resist, then the ring's an 8/10 despite 500/500 str, 7/7 as, 50/50 cd, and 6/6 cc? Using your math and logic, it would be an 8/10.

If it was perfect primary stats and 140/160, would be 9.8/10 in my book. 10/10 would be if every stat is maxed.

Nobody cares about your "book" or your terrible ratings.

10/10 doesn't mean an item has to be 100% perfect. What awful logic...
A movie rated 4 out of 4 stars isn't perfect.

FYI, cooldown could be better than attack speed on this ring for many builds so it's also a "matter of taste".
