Moe's point is more that there is no evidence behind Kia's claims. As Kia is a known troll, it is very plausible that this is just another one of his poor attempts at bringing someone down for no reason other than his personal enjoyment.

I find it impossible to have farmed twice as much XP than I have. So it's not really about "waah waah I want them banned for cheating" but rather, "how? because it seems impossible"

Take a screenshot and blur their names if you want anyone to even think about believing you.

There is no benefit to leveling a massive amount for botting purposes, let alone a reason to bot levels in the first place. Past 600, the stats you gain are crap.
