The top people leveled like 4 times in the past 2 weeks, that's their own fault.
Phanick leveled a good 20 times.
T6 Hell Rifts got nerfed, swapping the rift turn-ins was quite good for a while. I'd solo one, group of 3 would kill the other. 2 people would join my game, turn-in. We'd all go back to their game and turn-in. (by turn-in I mean get hammer/sledge or leave 1 mob really low) once we got in the game the final blow would be dealt.
I believe the common thing from here on out is going to be doing what you said, buying entire T6 games, all 5 caches and the rift. This is impossible to calculate what the xp/hour would be if you were just literally leaving and joining. (insane amount none the less)
Alternatively, what I was doing for a while, was speed split running T1 clear the cave/den, and my buddies would give me all of their turnins. That was about 3B/hour for me.
Lastly, Speed clearing T6 level 61 Campaign netted about 2.8B (with a damn fast group)
If anyone wants to help me by running T6 rifts and letting me join after completion, I'm all for it lol.
Oh, and one last xp related farm, speed cursed chesting/shrining T2-3. As everyone already knows there are some joke cursed chests, and some of them are pretty easy to farm on repeat. Learn most of the common easy ones and go ham.
