Aight on April 13th my band will be playing a gig and we will take a bunch of photo's and basically i want one of these photo's to be in the middle and then band name time dates blah blah etc to be on it as well. So basically we can't do anything till i get these photo's but I'm looking for a price here and how much time it would take to happen!

we would need the poster finalized by the end of the month since we have to print 1000 of them by may first to prompt our little tour

Depends how much detail and time is involved making this.
You can check my graphic service (http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=70406500&f=111&o=0). Prices for posters start at 500fg. But again, depending on the difficulty and how much time it takes, the price can be more. I'd estimate somewhere from 700-1500fg. That's just a ballpark though.
