a decent level 4 tengu pilot takes around ~4-6 months of train time, and blitzing missions will take you another 2-3 to memorize spawns.

Or find the mission on eve survival or similar sites and spend a few seconds reading what triggers.

checking each spawn group & trigger on difficult missions such as worlds collide may take you a more than a few seconds.
