this is an amazing roll regardless of the secondary rolling lower stats!

just saying its not a Trophy with the most important stat Rolling near minimum, still a great weapon

foudn this on my monk. salved it.. but 16% cold dex...

proc isnt most important stat that makes thunderfury op? so go use azure or something for % dmg if thats the case
