Mmmmm not intense training as you may think. This is during my 3day weekend
I've taken breaks went out and stuff. I think 1-30 was like 1hour? 30-50 another hour and a half?
50-70 is a hour again 70-100 is 2hour-3hour
100-151 is a whole day of nonstop grinding off dumb pqs

What do you level on from 140-250?

I just started playing again and geared up my 183 Kaiser a bit but there's fuckin' nobody in HoH, so I don't know where to train.

i do 1-120 in 6 hours of 2x exp. with Hs / kanna

after 120, its probably best to DIPQ / Evo Lab till 160.

SH > 179, then leech / train till 200 on golems or HoH.

post 179 HoH/Golems are your only option. just look to join an active guild, most guild parties have kanna's/BT's/phantoms/bishops so finding leechers shouldnt be hard, and your exp should be great till 200, provided you can onehitko the mobs.

in scania its easy as hell to find a party in HoH. just channel hop until you find one, shouldnt be hard, maybe its the timezone your playing in.

140-150 really is the hardest part of 1-200, that should be the most tedious part, and although there are better mobs to train on, if you are lazy like me i would highly recommend just using the daily dipq/evo runs. after 150 though, when you can equip your gollux/fafnir/ra/tyrants, should be a breeze until 200/205, where it may start to rapidly slow down
