Since I have full rasha set I get free meteors when I proc with the 4 different elements, stacking one would seem a bit inefficient so I think the flat damage is better for a rasha build.

The way I see it, is you pick a main skill, and augment it with others. Example: i run elemental exposure. So in order to get all 4, I main frozen orb, then use sparkflint for fire, lightning hydra, and magic missile arcane. If this had cold dmg on it, orb would destroy. Just how I do it though. Gg find
