this is method popular in korean server
start act 1 - the fallen star - rumford at the gate on normal
kill 2 wretched mothers so that ur bonus quest for kill 3 is 2/3
leave game, change difficulties to t6 n resume
there will be a wretched mother right outside of the gate, once u get aggro
kite her in to the town n she will die immediately n u will get the quest exp reward

probably not the best method but some ppl like it since u can do it urself with no help

t4 ghom kill pretty easy decent gold
