UPDATE: small error on gearing chat, HELM does not roll HF% and you want socket as primary for CDR

Did some testing of rifts + re-visited my old lightning Crusader build which is still effective on LIVE.

Keep in mind if you invest into a lightning Crusader, it will most likely not be "end-game" but it's a fun spec nonetheless.

I will eventually once I collect more pieces release a detailed guide for this setup among many others.
