It's a Yes from me, when it enters beta testing and proofs popular, so I will remain tentative as far as voting goes. I'd say alpha - for a game like this - is a tad too early for a sub forum to be created.

In fact, it has already been suggested here: Heroes Of The Storm Subforum - topic was just never bumped.
