It does if you are going for a certain one. If you don't give a fuck you may use like 3 off hands and a shard and get something random like a shield. It just randomized when you use the shards.

Yeah my rng was shit until I put 8 of the dungeon token exos in and got Kudzu. Now I can't complain anymore.

Also, as of like three hours ago I had 1800g loaned out to friends. Just got 400g back so still looking at 1400 currently out.
