Was gone from June 20th to July 1st, so not a fuck given on any of those days. Many. many beers.

Wednesday

No coffee, so 300 breakfast
280 lunch
500 porkchops with bbq sauce
2 oranges and a banana 300

1380

Yesterday

450 breakfast
320 lunch
500 porkchops with bbq sauce again lol
a banana 100
And I did snack on 4 timbits at work, so like 200??

Also turned my walk alst night into a bit of a run! Went for a half km (Which is huge for me lol), walked 1.5 km, and then ran the last half km.

Today so far

450 breakfast
300 lunch
2 bananas 200

At 950, am probably gonna BBQ a steak, or a couple hamburgers. Undecided but I definitely have some wiggle room.

So I ended up being a fat fuck on |Friday lolol

Got two steaks and some potato and corn, also drank a buncha beers, so yeah lol 4000 total for Friday

Yesterday

2 boxes of KD through the day for 2000
and an orange for 100

Sunday wasnt the best but I went swimming for a couple of hours hah

Had an 800 calorie sub for brunch on my way out to the water
I drank 14 beers through the day because im hilarious. x 150 each = 2100
And had 2 t bones, for another 2000..... yeahhhh...

4900 for Sunday lmfao

YESTERDAY

450 breakfast
140 lunch, just a couple little roast potatoes and some beans
2 oranges and an apple for 300
2 porkchops with bbq sauce for 500

Went for 2 walks yesterday though, and the 2nd was a walk/jog/run sorta deal.

TODAY:

450 breakfast
300 lunch, raviolis
gonna have 2 apples as a snack for 200
Gonna have a T Bone which will be around 700 (Smaller than the ones I had on Sunday lol)

Looking at 1650 for today!


And if I had to guess id say my estimate for Friday at 4000 was actually low, lets bump that up to 6000 k? k.

Yeah no, this will be my last blog entry in this blog.
Over the last few months what this blog has really made me realize is that im going to have bad days - everybody does. The important part of eating healthy is being mindful of what im putting in to my body and enjoying those bad days in moderation. Being healthy doesnt mean I need to strive for 100%.

My biggest challenge now is getting to be more active. Ive been going for a lot of walks, I do my best to do at least 2.5 km almost every day, and the past couple weeks my walks have been semi-jog/runs as well; but I can do a whole lot more. I have a lot of time in the evenings that I waste away on JSP and Netflix and League of Legends that I could spend some of getting into a good exercise regiment. Over the last 25 years ive clearly sat on my ass long enough.

My new blog is going to be an exercise blog, I will try to aim for 5 hours a week to start.


THANK YOU to everyone who has been following me, and to the numerous private messages and words of encouragement. You dont know how much it helped, especially on the bad days! I hope you continue to follow in my weigh in updates and my new blog!
