Hey... not finding anything at the moment (should have stayed by the Well)... so... after I clear this Map,
is it okay to re-roll the character to start over again to hopefully upgrade and find better gear?

I re-rolled anyway... got slugslider @ lvl 15 still using tierIIs...
From level 10 to 14 in 5 hours is sad.

Yeah it took me an average of 7mins each wellable t3. Was rough.

Going to reroll soon just so I can do an explore the maze. Never got a chance to this go around.

Got a level 5 weapon with nothing useful on it, but the kill speed has improved. Just in time for me to take a break to go back to work!

EDIT:

By the way, when I said no vaulting, I meant no getting gear from my vault. A new slasher would usually have access to mules, so I'm using my vault as my mule.

Pity about the Focus Heal.

I upgraded my armor... not as much life... but at least the defense is way better:

For sure... but once I have the T3 items... then I will start mapping from 10-15... new maps are decent areas to get better gear...

I strongly recommend not sitting next to a well for many levels. I have a blog in my profile of a climb like this. Lower levels might be ok but you really need to find eps to get gear upgrades.
