When trading in GW2, do not send fg first, ask the other person to send the items/gold. If they do not send the items/gold you cannot prove you did not receive them.
ironically, the most dignifying method is also the safest. what i mean by this is most of us play the game legitimately thus have nothing to worry about in the first place.
