cool. you can get plenty of hours worth of fun in this game before it gets old.

one thing though, i know old habits die hard, but please don't consult this forum before every TP purchase you make.

Yes.. I'm not finding it fun atm..
I fall behind quest level requirements fast ( I can't even get to the place because the monsters kill me too fast ). Then I have to sit around for events to happen so I can level up...

A good character to learn the ropes on is a warrior, or at least guardian. Both are great tanks, and can handle crowds very well also. Once you understand how the game works better and whatnot, then I'd go for a harder class like thief

thief is not an easy class to begin with.
in regards of quest level requirements: take a portal to lions arch (for example by going into sPvP or WvW, you can find asura portals leading to LA there) and head into one of the other racial cities to explore their starting areas. it is recommended to play in other areas which suit your level as well.

do all the starter zones, if youare having trouble leveling you are doing something wrong, cause you can get to 80 no problem ever if you go to the correct zones at the right levels

I did not know this. I thought I only had the tiny (not very tiny but still...) place to go around and find events....
Thanks for the heads up!

By which you mean the same thing as Nekony, right?

I wish I knew where all the events are but I guess that's just part of the exploration fun.

There's always the queensdale champ train for easy mindless leveling and loot.

Not sure what this means, but some events in Queensdale?
