rather popular liquid song, even slightly newer sounding electronic stuff

has a guy singing in a reggea like voice but more pop like/melodic. smooth happy sounding stuff throughout
the dnb doesn't kick in for 30secs-1m ish so it sounds pop like for a while but ends up as an good liquid song with the same lyrics

its not really jungle ragga, just some guy trying to sing like that, like sean paul but a bit better

there was some weird interlude bit before the dnb kicked in, i want to say like happy hardcore but i'm not sure
also thinking it might not be from those labels or I would probably know it but sounds like it

thought I recognised it because I had heard it a lot but didn't know it, but turns out I just knew it well
