I did play some summon necro's just after 1.10 was released and back then I never took fire golem. However, I saw that Sebhehe was using a fire golem with his poison necro, and since he is sort of a D2 god, I thought there might be a good reason for it. So far though, I have not found the reason.
Also, as it turns out, using The general's Tan Do Li Ga for an iron golem works! I have now an iron golem that slows monsters! Pretty sure that the thorns do not slow, but still, very nice since he slows more then my current clay golem.

Time for to start nightmare, clearing the den. And what do we find there?



Finally! I had this base since the start of act 5 normal, waiting for that amn rune....



I hope for 4 sockets (Insight) but I'm also happy with 2, so I can make a strenght. But I was lucky

Quit a few countess runs later I got a bit bored. Countess only dropped low lvl runes, no sols. Actually, nothing about Thul So after another crappy drop from her I decided to check out the chests on lvl 5 for a socketed helm. I didn't find any, but what did I find?



A hel rune? Not that usefull, but still, better then the runes from countess. So lets check out the other room too, who knows what might be stored there...



Really? All this time spent farming the countess and then I find my sol in a chest? The game is trolling me!

Not the best ED roll, but perfect roll on the aura and crit! And even with that ED roll, this weapon is a major increase of Kasim's damage. So I'm very happy!
Now I really need to find him another armour though, his freeze ability ruines about 75% of the corpses and I can now start spamming corspe explosion.
So tomorrow it is time to progress to Andariel and see what loot she has to offer for me and Kasim.
