It works fine for PvE, took it into WvW and owned kids while roaming, though there is prolly better but I don't play thief all too much. Mostly D/D though. S/P is nice to remove the defiance buff, that's for damn sure.

Inf strike nerf was completely unnecessary for pve (and pvp). ANet are just fucking idiots.

The evasion is nice, but PW is really only used for that and not its damage. I believe the pvp 15% damage nerf also applied to pve so it pretty much made sword autoattack stronger.

I prefer S/D for the boons. Just remember in GW2 it's autoattack city for the best DPS, don't really matter what you're using..
