As I have never used the system here, I might benefit from someone walking me through how trades are conducted.

I'm assuming this is all legal with regards to CCP, as there's no real money involved- correct?

it is not legal and you assume some risk

most of the time, you look for some1 who looks legitimate and find a safe way to trade.

there are a cpl different ways to do it.

1bil is pretty low amount so its pretty safe
