http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/10973337714-First off, it's way too early into closed beta or 2.0 PTR to determine anything for sure since this is a very big PTR/BETA, there are lots of things to be tested and re-balanced.
Values in the current PTR are changing constantly with Blizzard trying to rush out this game by March, yet alone patch 2.0 1-2 months before that deadline.

I have played over 100 hours of the closed beta already on my barb as well as the crusader (My crusader is nearly done with ROS in under 20 hours gameplay)
The new legendary items in the game are exactly what they are designed to be, they are game/build changers.
I haven't been able to collect a lot of the stuff I want testing (GG RNG), but I am getting close.
I believe that 5 piece IK bonus is the answer to the barbs in ROS, but we won't know for sure until I collect 2 more pieces of the set.-As usual I'm streaming all my PTR/Beta testing live on twitch when I do test things, twitch.tv/mannercookie.
There isn't a lot of farming in my streams, I stopped doing that. I'll only be streaming when I have new items/specs/setups to test out so I encourage you guys to come and test with me when I'm LIVE on twitch to see what's actually happening with the barb class in the future.-Some interesting points from my testing thus far that need to be organized later on
- I started the ROS beta with 12B gold, after all is said and done and 100 hours+ gameplay, I've spent roughly 5B. (I expect these values to be adjusted significantly)
- Call of the ancients scale with our gear but it's not for sure how yet and whether they snapshot or not is I believe being tested.
- Call of the ancients is very very viable fury generator for barbs, their damage is also not to be ignored.
- Life on hit is very viable and more stable up to T3 so far (Life on fury at the lower Ts are very inefficient and tend to overheal, however may become the choice in the higher Ts)
- Current top-end Vanilla gear re-enchanted can carry you to T1 on complete farm and T2 near farm (These thresholds may change considerably depending on scaling of the difficulties)
- Vanilla gear thus far from testing of the crusader in it's current available skills/passives do not translate over as effectively as for a ROS barb. (Will explain more on this later)
