Blizz is only strong if it hits really hard or it's mixed with really gz survivability (like es/dr or es/block) but just vita mb with dmg of an es sorc but sirvivabilit of vitaq sorc = phail

I have read the whole guid, and first to say is : gg its well explained, too many guys just cry but can't even do 10%of it well explain etc so just ignore then

build are pretty solid if people want more dmg then 10k in mb setup they can use theyre brain to switch rings for soj and armor for ormus etc

but we are in 2013, its faster to cry "shitguid" then read and explain what can be upgrade ^^

ohh then use ur fuckin brain and count how many dex points he will be missing then so no more mb.
As I said - guide is ok but mb build is way to weak
And I dont cry - i just point out weak sides.

The build is cool, actually vs some opponents i believe it's superior to 95 es, HOWEVER this is dead in the water vs most decent casters. Nicely written guide btw.

Your vita setup hits decent stats (tho crappy mana - uncofortable to play with such amount), but mb setup is just bad...
