Extended Blocking System - Topic

I added the profile block into this, just to prevent stalking.
Some users might have real pics of themselfs in profile.
And it also reduce spam, when some users follows to another and post in every topic that he/she posts.

if people post pics of themselves in their profile, they are making those pics public to whoever looks there, if you don't want someone seeing your pics, that's what the private gallery is for (and the gallery block suggested)
If someone follows you around posting in your threads, you can just report them and get them punished
Don't really see the need for this in particular

If you read the rules, you see, that it is illegal to add any other pic than pic of yourself as personal picture.

And i know that rule that you posted: "Report and move on". Im med after all.
But it would still be more secure for users and help modteams work. Alot.
Would prevent all kind of stalking and spamming.
