Children? I'm 25 years old. They're spending $200 on me for xmas so why not take advantage of it? I'm spending the other $1500 or whatever it is already. Thats all they're buying for me, is the CPU.

And how will I fry the CPU if I got a mobo meant for OC and Liquid cooling? Hm?

Again I'll state that I run GW2 on a 4 year old Toshiba laptop that I bought from Walmart for 200 bucks

Graphics are shit and it's a bit choppy when zergs show up
But it handles the heat just fine

Well you need to tell your parents to return the CPU, get an i7. Ditch the 780 and get a 290x. The processor needs to be at the top end so that when you're runniing in zergs there's no shitty choppiness.
Also, why are you getting 4x4GB RAM? Get 2x8GBs. Then you have room to upgrade to 32 one day.

Also, as far as I am aware, the Corsair H100i is a better cooler.
