I used to rock climb alot and used a combination of power putty and a dynaflex gyro ball, i did all kinds of exercises with it. the power putty comes with a pamphlet with like 8 or 9 exercises in it, the one i explained above is one of them.
you can flatetn it out a little, polint your fingers together, lay the putty over your fingers, and spread your fingers out, you can ball it up and put it between 2 fingers and flatten it, you can wrap it around 2 fingers and spread them, you can wrap it around a bent finger and straighten the finger out, you can make a fist with it in your hand, you can hold it with one hand and stretch it out with the other, you can do the exercise above. like most hand exercise tools work more so the wrist, this really works the whole hand, the exercises i detailed above works the back of hte hand and the mucles that are actually on your fingers like crazy.
ive used this stuff alot.
heres a good video with some exercises, it looks like there is a few diffrent companys that make a putty tool, ive only used the power putty at 1:20 they do the exercise i was talking about

Wow pretty sick man, how long have you been using it for? I'll def look for into it and where I might be able to get one here in Toronto because that shit would really help with training.
