D/D with evasive arcana

I have found D/D to be the most enjoyable but I worry about being so close in combat and so squishy.

d/d, s/d, and staff...they all work...it's PvE. If you're fancy and a boss, you'll even weapon swap while out of combat like I do to mass spam boons.

Surprised necro is so low. I quite enjoy my necro in wvw. Spectral walk is a fun skill to use for roaming. Activate skill, run into a small roaming enemy party and pop my conditions, and then hit spectral walk again so that it ports me back to where I was when I first activated the skill.

Fun watching my conditions drop their health while I keep distance, then I usually run in and finish off. I usually can only do this in 1v3 situations or 2v5.

I might try the terrormancer build. Looks pretty fun and OP too .

How can someone else tell you what YOU would enjoy

especially if you get good with wurm...

plant a wurm mid duel, and while kiting, hit spectral walk before you sac wurm you teleport over to the wurm enemies pursue and then you tap walk again to port back over. throws off a lot of people and gives you time to land SoS or w/e it is you run.

best way to run nec in wvw imo for roaming / small group.
