A latter version of the E3 trailer reveals Halo 5 at the end. So my guess is it will be Halo 5.

No, it didn't actually. There was a secondary version released by a company that worked on the E3 trailer that had "Halo 5" shown at the end, but it was not revealed at E3 that way and Microsoft never confirmed the name. They have only ever called it "Halo for Xbox One".
