You'll love the series of events that unfolded yesterday.
- I call and tell them the issue. They offer an RMA. I have to pay shipping/insurance.
- I email to follow up after I get the RMA message. I sent a fairly friendly email saying that I think the product should never have been sent to me in this condition if it was supposedly refurbished.
- They offer to pay for shipping and send me a FedEx label via email.
- I thank them and say that I think it would be more fair if they were to offer advanced RMA. I believe that waiting 2 weeks for a replacement monitor when I shouldn't have been sent the broken one at all is unreasonable.
- They agree and sent me an advanced RMA form just about 30 minutes ago. I will be sent a new one free of charge as long as I return my current, broken monitor within 7 days of receiving the replacement.
