I am ideally going to stick with my 3570k but haven't seen ANYTHING about haswell since release so...you know, is it worth an upgrade?

Main thing I want is a sick pair of headphones for music mainly, but ideally paired with an excellent sound stage for BF4 and other new releases.
As I am going this route and replacing my Astro A40s, I will also need a cute deskmic or something; I'll leave that up to you guys. :)

I am going to get:
Ducky Shine 3 (green)
Razer Naga (LEFT HANDED this is particular and will only be changed if there is a lefty RAT model)
AMD R9-290X/R9-280X GPU

I fancy getting myself a new 1440p monitor to replace my 2x 1080p setups, any advice here?
Been looking at that Dell u2311 or whatever for quite a while but haven't kept up to date on my monitors, sooo advice here please.

Also I am behind rather a bit on SSDs, last time I checked 840pro was the champ and I was just going to get an M4...so please fill me in here again guys. :)

Also, case; currently I'm using a budget NZXT Source 210 and will need a much nicer air flow setup when it comes to the new gfx card.

Current setup:

3570k@4.5Ghz (Cooler master 212 evo, Push/Pull)
ASRock Extreme6
Samsung wonder 8gB
HD 7870 Hawk
Sata-3 Caviar Blue (haters gonna hate but it is a temporary OS drive)
Sata-3 Caviar Black 2tB (storage)

Any thoughts?
Oh, and sorry for the mass requests guys, I've had no free time lately and I want to get back into my CHD gaming sessions <3

You could get an SSD if you don't already have one.

Have you considered SteelSeries Sensei Fnatic mouse? Fits for both right and left handed, I myself love that mouse.

Stick with your ivy, not worth the money to upgrade.

Samsung SSD's are good for the price.

For headphones, go to some local store that has them and listen them and get what sounds best. Sennheiser for example is a good name.

3570k is fine for years to come
esp for gaming, and if you overclock.
Wont be bottlenecked for a while

u can get 2nd 7970 + cheapo 4k tv. 39 inch.

its cheapo version of 4k tv, but still 4k. 30 hz.... but, if u dont mind sacrificing the hz for better video quality then go for it.

The Naga 2014 might not have "Dynamic DPI scaling" or the "new advanced tracking algorithm" that causes inconsistent tracking with P.T.E. sensor based Razer mice excluding the Lachesis 3G, so I am anticipating your review:

Budget for Headphones?

If you want a good cheap 1440p monitor grab a Qnix, http://wecravegamestoo.com/forums/monitor-reviews-discussion/13500-qnix-qx2710-review-2560x1440-matte-overclock-able-pls.html
They're quite good monitors for their price & even overclock to 96hz+ easily.

ssd doesn't matter , just make sure it's stable.
cuz will still be fast as fuck compared to a hdd.
what i would do if i were you is get a 240gb+ ssd, since the price vs gb ratio is much better than the 90-128gb ssd's & you will have lots of space for your programs you use the most.
