If i found a Tals... I would not wear it... i need the str to hold bow... also the res comes in handy with dex for damage.
BUT... if I get other items that can counter those issues, then I would use it...

Thank you... I just use the Gif animation bacause it reduces posts... I think that I may need the time reduced to make it easier.

Okay... have not been playing too much, but, so far I have found some decent items.
Shako (which I put in stash) / Reapers Toll (non eth) / charms... life and also damage.
I changed my areas of Mf'ing... Tower, Lower Kurast and River to Chaos... basically these areas gives me best options for Runes, Whites and occassional Unique/Set/Rare items.
One thing that I have to say... Killspeed is my main objective... so, I only use /players 8 command when killing in Lower Kurast... /Players 1 other areas, especially River/Chaos,
when I get better gear, I will increase the player ratio as my killspeed will improve...
EDIT: oh... yeah... I lost my +6 max dmg charms while rolling gems, runes and re-roll charms... dummy me...
