Looking for gear/gold on Ghallanda

Also looking for other players to see who I could play with.

Any starter tips etc? Haven't purchased anything yet, but probably will...

Friends want me to play with them but they can't continue playing for a short bit while they get systems figured out (they're well established here.) So no dice there :)

I mainly play ghallanda :D

Imo casters are more fun and require less gear wise to get up and running.

Nobody ever blames the bard for quest failing!

Also healers usually get free mana pots and lots of advice if asked for.

Tips:
1. Switch to argonesson/cannith

If you need help with builds send me a PM once you decide what type of character you want to play. That is, melee/caster/healer + selfhealing/noselfhealing

Thanks for the info, though I typically play some sort of melee, so unless things get less enjoyable, I doubt I would switch just yet (Barb)

Is there a way to locate allies or your map or do people typically use some sort of VOIP program to communicate?

Is there a place to buy non-crap gear?

I am sticking with this server because it's where my friends are :) if you still are willing to give advice, I would certainly like some for a survival barb :)

Also, what character can do best as a dual wielder? Just curious.

People in your party show up as blue circles on map. You can use voice chat in parties although some people don't have it turned on.
Usually the non-crap gear is from difficult quests or raids, but this new update has given some new item mods for random items that aren't bad.

Survival barbs usually have 2 lvls of rogue for evasion.
As for dual wielding, tempest rangers/monks(pay to play though)/rogues are the best.

So how do I cross level? When should I do it?

A good rule of thumb is to start with the class with the most skill points at char creation (rogue > barb). After that it's up to the person but personally I like taking my 2 lvls of monk or rogue asap for evasion.

I don't understand. When I go to char creation it shows 28 points for either rogue or barbarian... what am I doing wrong?
