Has anyone tried the new kind of shoe as opposed to the classic turf spike?
Not sure how to describe them. The square rubber teeth as opposed to traditional spikes.
Your thoughts on them?
I always rip the teeth off my traditional spikes and its getting old. I was thinking about switching
I guess the name is spikesless... go figure

I don't own a pair but I am in need of a new pair soon, I've been thinking about trying those out.
A couple of my friends have them, they say that they work really well for grip. A lot of tour pro's are using them now as well.
My golf shoes get worn out really quick, so hopefully they are durable enough and last long. I am somewhat concerned about the rubber on the bottom becoming worn, but my friends seem to be free of any issues

I have them and like them a lot. Comfortable, grip well, and look like actual shoes. I have no problem walking around normally in them.

Some spike less shoes slip really bad on wet turf. I have a pair of ecco bioms that I wear as my work shoe. They are so incredibly comfortable and I've been wearing them for about 8 months now, walking on hard wood floors all day and the spikes are like brand new so they do last but I would never golf in them.
Traditional spikes are the only way for me, although I do own another pair of spikeless shoes for those really hot days.

No I did not pay that much for any of them (and didn't pay anything for the black and spikeless pair lol.
)
I'm a huge Cobra/Puma fan boy, their rep hooks me up with stuff all of the time but those FAAS Lite Mesh are incredible. They're so super lite and it feels like you're wearing nothing almost and their super cool which is awesome for here when it's 120 outside lol.

I have one pair with spikes and one pair without. No big deal, they work good. Tho I'm not using them when it's been raining cuz as Randolph said it's easy to slip. Tho, when its dry in the ground they are working really good.
