since it seems like the only way to play the game is to click the play button
and it doesnt work anyone understand why?

I personally never launch from the play button. I have both Steam and Original. I use the DNLauncher from the folder on both and they give me no issues. (Except the recent Steam Authentication error)

i got a few mistake for a while
just dont use Internet Explorer and it should be fine otherwise post what u use and such so we can help u more in detail

It is because your version of Mozilla Firefox. You have to downgrade to verison 21.0 and you should be able to play from the website Play button. I had the same issue and that fixed it for me, GOODLUCK!
If not just use DNlauncher from your Dragon Nest folder.
