Here's what I could find after extensive research m8, it's possible I missed a thread or update or something but this should suffice, sorry it took so long i've been busy with work and such:

Softcore Best Item's List's:

Mar 20, 2008 - Pimp-Mario's original sc list, under "Item Records" in paparick's "SC Record's for Eternity" post, item's in any level range from 1-10, 15-35, 40-55. Updated until April 22, 2008.
Apr 23 2008 - List is moved to new hc/sc records for eternity thread, Pimp-Mario and Paparick updated/edited until June-July 08. After which pimp-mario stops updating
Dec 9, 2008 - I rebuilt the list based on Pimp-Mario's broad but short list but with more levels/categories, I continue to update it via _Mork_ editing my posts until 2011.
Jan 28, 2011 - KAjoe and stok3d convert it to an online spreadsheet rather than list, I give up on updates and stok3d takes over updating, it was hosted on DK/joe's now disabled site.*unavailable*
Sep 15, 2011 - Stok3d gives up, Warfox takes over updates until December 2011, DK/joe's site goes down, warfox gives up, members of unfair advantage continue to update sc list on their own in private for some period of time. *unavailable*

Mar 25, 2009 - Killer_Stride uses my criteria from the Dec 9, 2008 sc list and pimp-mario's above hc list to build and update it via _Mork_ editing his posts until May 24, 2009.
Jun 19 2009 - Bmth and The Trust guild take over the hc list from killer_stride, bmth gives up updating in 2012
Jun 10 2013 - Labattblue starts a hcs best spreadsheet, 9 players including myself are working on rebuilding and updating it. *unavailable*

I also found several threads discussing what should be on/off lists or if they should be discontinued, which format was preferred, etc. But most of the lists are up there I believe.
