do note that this version of the cosmological argument does not depend on a finite universe (indeed, Aquinas makes remarks on behalf of an infinite universe in his works). this cosmological argument is more dependent on an Aristotelian view of metaphysics.

They get 'paid' the same, they just don't 'earn' as much. That cartoon picture was hilarious, dunked on!

The 77 cents on the dollar information is actually really poor statistics.

When controlled for everything (and I mean everything), women still get paid 4-7% less than men. And this controls for everything.

I've heard it's slightly less than that but to me that's acceptable. I don't think it's indicative of any sort of bias in our system.
