I thought that naturalistic fallacy was that you couldn't call something good or bad based on natural feelings like pleasure, hedonism, or other values based in personal enjoyment.

I see the person saying "don't" making an argument by design that has good premises and conclusion :)

Fallacy fallacy actually :P. The guy on the right is incorrect that his body wasnt "designed", but the guy on the left still shouldn't be eating them
