Since there's more than 8 people interested in playing in a team,
I suggest everyone type what character and class they plan to begin with (add alternatives if you like),
and then put together teams with different chars.

Though when we have organized teams, I think all teams will start asap after the reset.
So tbh I think we will be in hell difficulity before you anyways, so it'd be wiser for you to join a team.
