Hate to break it to you but there are a few problems with buying from this server.
First its an extremely low rates its 8x 8x 3x when voting is high and has a low of i think 5x 5x 3x and there are no real get rich quick schemes on this one.
Second the players capable of giving you this amount of money were banned several years ago its estimated about 2/3 of all sqi items were deleted/locked as a result.
Third the GMs keep up with online trades outside of Talon a lot, most members wont take the risk.
Gaining wealth on this server is very hard because of all that.
You can grind it out like most people or spend real money on donations to help support the server or play the tc(talon coins) game
where you buy when its super low (750k each i've seen) and wait a few years to sell (sometimes reaching 4m a piece) its a very long stock exchange in essence it follows voting rates.
To give you a round about value of things, Kahos are $40 roughly, its value in game converted to zenny would be ~40tc.
As for me, I wouldn't part with my hard earned gear for anything under $1k usd and its hitting my account before I even bother logging in.
Not including characters I don't consider character leveling hard considering you can trans a priest in 3 days(I've done it) with little more than a undershirt set and a buckler.
You can trans it in 6. With gear, trans 80 in 1 day. Even so I'd still be hesitant.

(15fg is really bad considering ladder fresh d2 items go for higher and take only about 5 hours to get to)
