Course it can. Word was utd wanted to ship micky back to Dortmund, but his wages are too high now and they can't pay it, and he won't take a pay cut. Perfect way to get him off the books, his wages off can compensate for sanchez's stupidly high ones. And the 35mill either gets paid to arsenal now, or gets paid to sanchez in the summer in the inevitable bidding war for him.
Players of his class don't become available very often, getting him for 35mill and a pretty much failed winger seems decent business.
