im on the vita and it gives me error

you must sign in to the psn to use this application

i click the sign in

an error has occurred
(np-8098-5)

im to lasy to go check to see if the error is the same on the ps3

edit rebooted my vita and it works

It happen to me sometime, ill just restart it and it work

Glad you fixed it. Sometimes there are some weird psn issues on vita I noticed. Rebooting always fixes though
