You're facing prison time for that, that's really, really fucking stupid, no offence.
It's still technically illegal to own the account, but they wont do anything for stealing an online account, but you're talking identity theft. (stealing an I-pin, KSSN).



Eh, had mine for about a year, no problems, but as long as you remember your information lockouts shouldn't be a problem.
Either way, you wont get a koreans I-pin and you need that to unlock your account both ways.
Only way is to have a korean friend, even then when you lose contact with him, your account is now unrecoverable if it gets locked.
Never going to be 100% safe unless you're korean.
