I have been noticing a lot of users asking for steam/origin help... posting threads for steam/origin accnt names to add (I do this from time to time to make new friends to play games with)... I think this would be great because you could sticky a Steam Sale thread.. So users can know when the next sale it up... can have a Steam Technical Issues subforum in it.. This would be a place for PC gamers who use Steam or Origin to meet up and talk about deals/ adding each other/ setting up JSP parties for like BF3 and other games. It would also help cut down on a lot of the suggestions for certain games getting their own sub forum.

One rule would have to be no Gifting items for FG... I know that this is already a rule .. but I would think it would be nice to have it clarified in this sub forum.

I hope this is a good idea :D

TL:DR
Steam/Origin sub forum with other sub forums in it (Tech Issues or a stickied Common Tech Issues FAQ). Place to meet people who play your games, set up parties to play games with, talk about new deals coming out, and general discussion.

My thoughts exactly... I am a regular in CHD (Computer section of jsp) and it's amazing how many users we get coming in to build gaming computers. Most users who game on PC either use Steam or Origin for at least 1 or 2 games... and for the multiplayer ones it would be so much more fun.. easier to make friends to group with for FPS and quest with in other games.

I wouldn't mind seeing this myself since many games are hosted my this company and sub-forums are created for many of its games.

Yes, I use Steam all the time. Currently 520+ games, addicted to trading games.

I guess Steam wouldn't like FG vs Games, but I think it would be great if jsp would add trading sometime in the future (guess it wont happen tho).
I can help set things up & suggest stuff too.

Well I think they should allow users to find people to trade games with but not support it with mediation. IIRC you have a trade screen on steam and you both have to accept correct?

It's quite easy to found other legit trading sites by googling. Steam has it own trade screen, you both have to confirm and then accept the trade. Game vs Game is impossible to scam pretty much, unless they are keys.
