Basically as the title says. Just wondering how much everyone spends on golf monthly and how often do you play. Right now I'm spending about $160-200 a month for a round every weekend and unlimited range balls at my local course that I hit throughout the week and before I play.

Usually at least $40 to play then another $20 for beer

When I move I'll be paying about $260/month for a membership at one of the top courses in my area. It'll be unlimited green/cart fees and range balls(For me at least)

Mind if I ask what course? In in kingwood north east Houston area. The local course to me is $250 a month and it's unlimited with cart anytime on weekdays and certain times on weekends. Kinda the reason I made the thread. Debating whether I should get a membership or not.

Blackhorse.

My price may be slightly off but it offers me unlimited play during weekends after 10am and after like 4pm during week which is perfect since I work 7-5 m-f

Ahh ok. Never heard of that course, but there's a shit ton in Houston lol. The membership is pretty similar, the golf course here is pretty greedy though. At least I think so..

/e unlimited on weekdays any time and on weekends after 1pm

I don't think any courses locally are allowing walking..we still have to pay cart fee. Called my regular locals and asked price to walk 9 after work (wouldn't even be able to finish 9) and they said its still full price.

I should probably make friends with someone in the club house.

Houston is probably similar to PHX where they don't want people walking because they are faster with a cart which allows more frequent start times allowing for more revenue.
