Which is better?

sok str vita mempo + nice rare pants + nice ik boots

or

60+ all res ik helm with 6% crit, 60+ all res innas, and nice Ice Climbers

both setups i hit the 2.5 bp in wraith.

I've got a question with weapons and breakpoints.

Should I get:

A. 1.2 aps mace and the 2.5 breakpoint (this will have the most pure damage on it)
B. 1.3 aps axe and the 2.86 breakpoint (this will require me to get an additional 9% attack speed on my gear, meaning losing some avg dmg/crit dmg and have lower pure damage on it than the mace)
C. 1.4 aps axe and the 2.86 breakpoint (this will have the lowest pure damage of them all on it, but require no additional attack speed on gear than the mace does)

Oh also I have an EF offhand, meaning that my offhand will still be at the 2.5 breakpoint.

I think you are looking at the wrong hand. getting ias on the mace/axe would only make it easier for your mainhand to hit next BP. I don't think you want to concern yourself with last weapon swung? You need both hands to be 2.5 or 2.86.

I'm using a .21 EF 7 gear options with 9ias for 2.86.

Build 2.5 stacking more CD and average damage. I would not want to end up with 2.86 barb and low CD/AD. Unless you can afford to get some decent trifecta items you will probably come out better @ 2.5 with higher CD/AD.

Get a mace. NO ATTACK SPEED. Average damage 900 min.

Great infortmation here. However, I do not think I can afford to have the survivability I want while using lacunis and am having trouble ditching some of my other items such as BOA rolls.

I just rebuilt to dual weild WW last night and did not expend much of my budget as I was sorta just testing to see if I liked it. I think I do and want to spend the rest of my ~220m to make him better.

I know I have not hit the proper breakpoints and all that jazz.

Some thoughts/plans I had:
Obviously upgrade weapons
craft new gloves (been trying/failing)
Possibly swap for IK Belt/Boots to head towards a rare armor with more EHP and a Mempo (prob can't afford crit)
SOJ? Think a budget 6% cold SOJ would be worth using over a rare ring? Pretty much set on keeping the hellfire as it isn't terrible and I plan on using this to EXP.

I did some research with the ticks per second charts.
As long as I maintain 16% IAS from gear (I currently have 17%) I hit the 7.5 ticks per second breakpoint.

Think it is worth the cost/sacrifice on my budget to get the extra 18% ias?
