Can't believe Nash got a 1st++

He's been a 40 point player for 3 seasons now lol.

Broons paid for name value

Who are those leafs players ?

Both 22-23 year-old prospects that'll likely just be depth players if they ever become NHL regulars.

The players were all pretty expendable and not worth much. As far as the 1st goes, it’ll be a late 1st so not really that valuable. Pretty good deal imo. He’ll have much better opportunities in Boston so we’ll see what he can do with them. He’s looked good in his first game thus far.

spooner couldn't crack top 6

belesky was a massive dead weight

the 1st rnd pick will be a late one

lindgren was nice, but in order to dump all that salary from belesky and 50% of nash's there has to be something in it for nyr

Boston has plenty of prospects in the system right now, and with the team playing the way they are this season it makes sense that they would pay a little to get the added top 6 depth they needed for a playoff run (fingers crossed)

Look what happened a few years back when Iginla was the p.forward on the market, his return was in the same realm but with no salary upside, which in turn fucked the Bruins the next year when they acquired him

Iggygod 30 goals and 61 points for the Bruins. Nash ain’t gonna come close to that sort of production for ya.
